We understand that circumstances can change. Whether it’s a shift in strategy, timing, or business priorities - you may decide to cancel a project mid-development, and that’s okay.
We fully support your right to cancel at any time. However, it’s important to clarify how this works in terms of delivery, billing, and rights.
How cancellation works
If you decide to cancel your project:
- Send us an email stating your decision and, if possible, a short explanation for the cancellation.
- We will pause all ongoing work immediately upon receiving your message.
- Any milestone that has already been paid for will be delivered in full, including all associated files, source code, and documentation available at that stage.
- All unpaid milestones will be removed from the development plan and not billed.
Example:
If your project has 3 milestones and you've paid for milestone 1 and 2, and then decide to cancel:
- We will complete milestone 2, if it is still in progress.
- You will receive a final project snapshot that includes all work from milestone 1 and milestone 2.
- Milestone 3 is cancelled and will not be developed or billed.
Refund policy
All received payments are non-refundable. This is because development time, resources, and effort are invested immediately after each payment is confirmed.
However, we ensure that you always receive the full value of any paid milestone, regardless of when cancellation occurs.
Mutual agreement and clarity
We strive to keep communication clear and fair. If you are uncertain whether to continue or pause the project, you are always welcome to:
- Ask for a delivery snapshot to see the current progress
- Pause the next milestone temporarily
- Split the project into completed and postponed parts
We will do our best to accommodate your needs without creating unnecessary obligations.
Resolution and disputes
If any disagreement occurs around cancellation (e.g., content, delivery scope, or status), we handle all communication via email to ensure a clear, trackable record. All decisions are made based on the latest approved scope and payment status.
