A customized internal CRM system was developed for Skandi Motors to manage sales leads and communication with potential clients. The system allows administrators to add leads, assign them to consultants, track response times, and automate email follow-ups.
Built for browser access, the system supports exporting data, customizing templates, and tracking lead statuses. The development process included collaborative improvements based on active usage and feedback, ultimately resulting in a robust and flexible lead management tool.
